TKDN (Domestic Component Level) is the percentage of production components made in Indonesia in a product of goods and services or a combination of goods and services.
Then, to increase the number of TKDN, the Government of Indonesia encourages and hopes industry players to use more materials and services from within the country. Therefore, in article 61 of PP Number 29 of 2018 it is stated, “Domestic products that must be used as referred to in paragraph (1) must have a TKDN value of at least 25% (twenty five percent).”
PT Woodone Integra Indonesia became the first wooden door manufacturing company to meet the TKDN criteria which reached 87% for wooden doors and 97% for wooden frames based on a certificate from the Ministry of Industry. We always provide the highest quality and certified doors for all our customers.
The Forest Stewardship Council is an international non-governmental organization dedicated to promote responsible management of the world’s forest. The FSC logo with a registered chain of custody number on the product verifies that the wood comes from independently well managed forests or other controlled sources.
The Timber Verification and Legality System (SVLK) is a tracking system that was developed in a multistakeholder manner to ensure the legality of wood sources circulating and traded in Indonesia. Consumers abroad do not need to doubt the legality of wood originating from Indonesia. The forest management unit is not worried that its wood yields are legitimate. The wood-based industry is convinced of the legality of the source of its raw materials so that it is easier to convince its buyers abroad. SVLK was developed to encourage the implementation of applicable government regulations related to trade and distribution of legal forest products in Indonesia.
Corrosion Test is a standardized and popular corrosion test method, used to check corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings. Usually, the materials to be tested are metallic (although stone, ceramics, and polymers may also be tested) and finished with a surface coating which is intended to provide a degree of corrosion protection to the underlying metal. Salt spray testing is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to coated samples in order to evaluate (mostly comparatively) the suitability of the coating for use as a protective finish. Hardware tested includes hinges, round handles and door lock mortise. The test was conducted by PT Intertek Utama Services, one of the largest product and commodity testing companies in the world, which conducts product and commodity testing and certification services.
Test the wooden door for fire resistance as long as possible through the Ministry of PUPR Laboratory. The results show that the wooden door has a fire resistance of 50 minutes so that it can be used as a guarantee of quality for buyers that the door has been tested & proven to be fire resistant for 50 minutes.
SMETA is a compilation of best practices in ethical auditing, established by the Sedex Associate Auditor Group (AAG). This is not a separate standard or certification process, but a set of protocols for high quality audits, which will be used in conjunction with current ethical auditing practices. SMETA is designed to minimize duplication of effort and provide AAG members with an audit format that they can easily share. The SMETA report is published by members of the Partner Auditor Group in the SEDEX system, ensuring transparency and efficient information sharing.
