Our production facility is located in Sidoarjo, East Java. It occupies a total area of 300,000 sqm and employs 5,500 employees. We have various manufacturing facilities with the corresponding technology and resources which allow us to maximize our production process, delivery time, and cost efficiency.

FINGER JOINT
Our process starts with finger joint connection which uses a shape (it can be said as a tongue and groove) that is like a meeting of our fingers. The construction process is fast and easy, also the length of the ‘pen’ does not need to be too long so it does not waste much wood. The number of ‘fingers’ and joint lines gives a wider surface area of glue so that the construction is stronger.

MOULDING MACHINE
Moulding machine forms a decorative profile and establish a precision connection profile or often called joinery. It smoothes out the wood on 4 sides and reduces the wood thickness accurately.

PANEL SAW
Panel saw splits the board or sheet of plywood on its longer side with a size tolerance of only 1-2 mm. With correct setting and operation, it will give result in a very fine sawing which only need a sanding process.

RUNNING SAW
Running saw splits the board or sheet of plywood on its wider side with a size tolerance of only 1-2 mm. With correct setting and operation, it will give result in a very fine sawing which only need a sanding process.

VENEER SPLICING
Veneer splicing connects the veneer on its wider side using glue threads that are heated inside the machine.

VENEER SANDING
Veneer sanding smooths out the surface of wood before finishing with high speed to obtain an optimal results.

HOT PRESS
Hot press machine uses heat to attach wood veneers to other structural materials (MDF, plywood, particleboard, etc). After applying glue or other adhesive materials, wood veneers and structural materials are stacked and pressed while being heated. The application of heat aims to warm the adhesive so that it is easier and faster to attach the two materials. Its flat surface will also give neat and uniform results.

DOUBLE END TENONER
Double end tenoner cuts the length & width of components or doors from both sides simultaneously to produce a precise-cut products.

ASSEMBLING PRESS
Assembling press is an automatic machine that assembles the door from its frame & core components that have been filled with glue by pushing it from two sides.

EDGE BANDING
Edge banding is an automatic machine that attachs the veneer / pvc to the edging / side thickness of the door to make the overall texture look more uniform.

CNC DOOR MORTIZER
CNC door mortizer is equipped with DSP (digital signal processing) to perforates key cylinders on the door’s surface and drills keyhole in the door’s thickness.

CNC ROUTER
A computer numerical control (CNC) router is a computer-controlled cutting machine related to the hand-held router used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood. CNC routers can perform the tasks of many carpentry shop machines such as the panel saw, spindle moulder, and the boring machine. They can also cut mortises and tenons.

UV SPRAY FINISHING
UV Spray finishing paints the door using UV paint with automatic operation using a computer. The painting process starts with automatic spray in the machine, then heated using a UV lamp so that the sprayed immediately dries when it exits the machine.

UV ROLL FINISHING
UV Roll finishing paints the door using UV paint similar to UV spray finishing. It follows the same process except that the paint is rolled over the door, instead of being sprayed like in UV Spray finishing.

LACQUER SANDING
Lacquer sanding is an automatic machine that serves to sand thin the part that has been exposed to the sealer / primer so that it can be sprayed to the next stage, namely the top coat.
